It is good to be aware that we must take care of our own energy first, before we can support others. With the own energy tank filled, it is easier to tap into and share. Balancing energy is the key to a more happier life.

Well, the book 'Walk in Balance' by O'Mara made me realize it. We are all made of energy and therefore it is good to look at how we can improve our energy. When we master that better, we will have more energy to bless others with our energy and even help them create more energy for themselves.
